We took a trip to San Antonio during the holidays to escape the cool temps of Boston and stayed in the beautiful La Cantera resort overlooking the Texas Hill Country. I am glad we picked this place for our well deserved vacation, we fell in love with its peaceful vibe and scenic location.
The rustic interiors of the resort complete with a stone fireplace and wooden beams on the ceiling provided a warm and cozy stay. The resort had a lot of amenities including multiple heated pools and hot tubs around the property. We loved and enjoyed the secluded adults only infinity pool with a poolside bar.
Since the weather was a pleasant 70 degrees at the time I decided to bring out the pleated skirts and off shoulder tops. We spent an entire day immersed in nature in our private grotto and experiencing the spa offerings at Loma de Vida spa overlooking the golf course at La Cantera.
We had a truly relaxing stay at this beautiful property and would definitely recommend it to everyone.
