Summer florals in Brighton

Summer florals in Brighton

We decided to get a taste of British summer this year and off we went. I packed this quintessential summer floral maxi for a day in the seaside town of Brighton.

Before heading out to Brighton we decided to grab a bun or two at Bao and queued up. We stuffed our stomachs with the deliciously soft daikon baos which I must say were truly worth the wait.

We headed to Brighton thereafter to explore this beautiful beach town, lounge on the beach, take a walk on the pier with ice cream dripping down our hands but unfortunately the weather turned on us. Nevertheless we suited up.

I added a yellow moto jacket to beat the grey skies. The fringe saddle bag and a pair of chunky heels added to the boho vibe of my outfit. We admired the Royal Pavilion, a palace located at the center of Brighton and took a walk in the beautiful gardens.

What I Wore: Chunky Wedge Heels / Kimchi Blue Midi dress (Similar) / Faux Leather Jacket

Fringe Saddle Bag (Similar) / Karen Walker Sunglasses

Roamed around the quaint bylanes of Brighton and stopped over at Terre á Terre for a scrumptious meal. The lush truffle brownie was a perfect end to this lovely meal.

We stumbled upon impressive graffiti artwork adorning every corner and wall of this town and realized where Brighton gets its reputation from.

We had a wonderful time here and would definitely recommend coming to Brighton for a fun filled day!
